The room was clean and well-kept, especially the bathroom. I appreciated the flexibility to leave my bag at the hotel after checkout, which made my day much easier. I’d recommend this place for its comfort and convenience.

xavier guest house is super clean. the bathroom was spotless! it's just 700 meters from apollo hospital, and there’s a restaurant only 200 meters away. the staff were okay. i really appreciated that they let me leave my bag after check-out.

The hotel was located near Apollo Heart clinic, market, and center. The room was in good condition. The staff was very nice and cooperative all the time. Perfect location of the property in a slum area. I could reach Semmozhi Poonga Garden within a close distance from the hotel.
